All domestic orders within the US ship free. We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS depending on size and location — most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders ship free on orders over $150. International delivery is typically 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT charged upon arrival. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for the return to be accepted. We happily cover handling and shipping fees for domestic exchanges within the US. Please note that there is a flat rate handling fee of $9 associated with all domestic US returns. Once we receive, inspect, and process your return, this fee will be deducted from your refund automatically. For international returns outside of the US, the return fee is dynamic and may vary based on location and the size of your return. This fee will be calculated for you when you initiate your return, and will be deducted from your refund automatically. Please note duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable. We highly recommend asking for a receipt with tracking information when dropping off your return or exchange at your carrier facility, in case the package gets lost in transit. If a return or exchange is not received, we will require proof the package was sent back, such as the receipt from the carrier facility and/or a tracking number from the return drop. If you received a defective item or we made an error on your order, we'll cover return shipping and make it right. Need a different size? We'll cover shipping and handling on all domestic exchanges within the US. Just email us at support@packdynamic.com with your order number and what you need. International exchanges: please email us at support@packdynamic.com to initiate a return and place a new order. We'll make it as smooth as possible from there. Exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend hand washing the Halo Harness, Grip Lead, and Chalky Treat Bag in warm soapy water and letting them air dry. We recommend following the care instructions on the inside of the Walking Club Tee for specific information on how to properly care for your cool new tee.
